It is recommended that you carefully read the entire content of the terms of service before contacting me.By asking me for a commission, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms described above. You also agree to the policy of using my art for personal non-profit purposes by providing the credits that correspond to me.

— The original file (.clip) will not be sent under any conditions, nor will a sale price be negotiable.
— You can ask for WIPs as long as it is not excessive, as this delays my way of working.
— I reserve the right to decline your request if I am not sure I can capture what you request or I do not feel comfortable with it.
— Avoid asking me to draw in a different style. Only the styles shown in the commission list are available. You can visit my gallery to better appreciate some examples.
— Absolutely all completed commissions will be published publicly on each of my pages. If for some reason you wish to keep your client name/alias or that of your OC anonymous, please let me know in advance.
— I am able to take on NSFW commissions only if the client is of legal age and the character involved is not underage nor related to any sensitive subject matter. The responsibility for verifying the client's age lies solely with the client. Additionally, I will not work with any content related to illegal fetishes or paraphilias.

PERMISSIONS

—As the artist, I have all rights reserved over the illustration made, and I am free to sign all my work.

—As a client you are authorized to:
• Upload the commission to your networks by providing me with the corresponding credits.
• Use the commission for personal purposes (print it for yourself, give it as a gift to a friend, etc.)
• Use it as an avatar or decoration on any of your networks as long as it is for personal use and not for profit.

—As a client you are NOT authorized to:
• Modify the work for any reason.
• Trace or use the illustration as a base for drawing.
• Use it for commercial purposes. (COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS HAVE ANOTHER PRICE AND I STILL OWN THE RIGHTS)
• Erase my signature.
• Claim the drawing as your own.

PAYMENT PROCESS

— Payment will be made via PayPal
— Payment will be made in US dollars (USD) only
— Payment will be divided into two installments: 50% upfront as a non-refundable deposit to initiate the project, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the commission.
— Please do not send any advance payment until I have accepted your order.

WORK SPEED

— I am committed to finishing your commission as quickly as possible, but please be patient.
— The approximate waiting time is about 7 to 10 days per illustration, however the time can be longer or shorter depending on the complexity of the illustration.
— In the worst case, the maximum time I can finish the commission will be around 1 month.

CHANGES

— If the drawing is finished I can add some minor details that I may have missed.
— Excessive changes once the drawing is finished will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.
— If you are a very detail-oriented person, please make sure to provide me with detailed information and references so that everything is in order.

REFUND OF MONEY

— I can refund the full payment if I have not yet started working on your order, however if I have already started you do not have the right to cancel or request a refund.
